Gillian Moody
Gillian Moody is the Regional Team Manager at Beckmann & Associates, based in Adelaide. Gill is a Registered Nurse and also holds a Bachelor of Nursing/Applied Science. Gill has worked in the rehabilitation and injury management arena for over 13 years and has a broad experience of all workplace environments and injury types. Gill is located at the Adelaide office and regularly attends our regional offices in Mt Gambier, Port Lincoln and Clare to ensure the effectiveness of our service delivery model to ensure that we exceed the expectations all parties. Gill has ongoing interaction with our customers and stakeholders to ensure the our service delivery model continues to be responsive to their needs and requirements.
Pam Atkinson (Mt Gambier)
Pam holds a Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts, Administrative Studies, from the University of California. Pam has an extensive background in retail management / customer service and as a juvenile probation officer. Having begun her employment with Beckmann & Associates in 2003, she has gained extensive experience in a wide variety of industries allowing her to quickly develop an effective and strategic rehabilitation plan. Her interaction within the local Mount Gambier community allows her greater understanding of the local area and access to employers while she assists clients with injuries to return to the work force. Pam is accredited to provide strategic vocational and pre-injury management services and is an approved Comcare provider. Pam is a FULL member of the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) and is accredited to provide services for SA registered, Self Insured and COMCARE workers compensation claims.
Pam has particular expertise in managing rehabilitation in the RETAIL, HOSPITALITY, COMMERCIAL CLEANING, FARMING, POLICE and SES Industries.
Amanda Cox (Mt Gambier)
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, majoring in Psychology and Legal Studies, as well as a Certificate IV in Youth Work (Juvenile Justice). She has a varied background in Mental Health, Allied Health and Retail. Her extensive experience in Mental Health case management and as a Rehabilitation Consultant, assists Amanda in goal planning and identifying strategies in order to achieve return to work outcomes. Her local knowledge in regional and rural resources in the South-East, also assists her to liaise with local businesses in a wide variety of vocational areas. Amanda is accredited to provide both strategic vocational and pre-injury management services for SA registered and Self Insured workers compensation claims.
Amanda is a FULL member of the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) and is accredited to provide services for SA registered, Self Insured and COMCARE workers compensation claims.
Amanda has particular expertise in managing rehabilitation in the TRANSPORTATION, FARMING, CONSTRUCTION, TIMBER MILLS and DISABILITY Industries.
Marian Simmonds (Mt Gambier)
Marian holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Diploma of Applied Science in Nursing Studies. Marian is a Registered Nurse and has extensive experience in the public hospital system in the roles of Patient Adviser and Clinical Consultant. Marian’s experience in managing complaints at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and many years of experience in cancer nursing has given her the necessary skills to effectively liaise with allied health professionals and to assist and support workers and employers in the rehabilitation and return to work process.
Marian has particular expertise in managing rehabilitation in the AGED CARE, RETAIL, HOSPITALITY and FARMING industries, in addition to managing PSYCHOLOGICAL claims.
Marian is accredited to provide services for SA registered, Self Insured and COMCARE workers compensation claims.
Alison Connell (Mt Gambier)
Alison is a Registerd Nurse who has gained experience at the Mt Gambier Hospital undertaking general nursing, theatre and pre-admission consultation. Prior to embarking on a career in the health sector, Alison worked within the administration, insurance and financial planning industries.
Alison has lived in the South East for most of her life which provides her with a great understanding of the region and its needs and the impact of rural living on health, rehabilitation and social issues.
Rebecca Vincent (Pt Lincoln)
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Certificates in Child Care and Community Services. Rebecca's extensive experience in the social work, counselling and mediation field is wide and varied enabling her to uphold a holistic approach to injury management. Rebecca has also worked in the mental health, allied health, child protection and hospitality industry and has lived in rural communities for many years. Rebecca has substantial knowledge of Pt Lincoln and the surrounding districts, communities, businesses and vocational areas.
Michele Kelsey (Pt Lincoln)
Michele is a qualified and registered Physiotherapist with clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory injury management and rehabilitation.
She currently holds a licence and is accredited by WorkCover SA to complete Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite assessments and Job Analysis.
She has lived in Port Lincoln for 15 years where she has practiced physiotherapy both privately and in the public health system. Michele has an extensive knowledge of the surrounding districts, communities, businesses and vocational areas.
Caroline Thompson (Clare)
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and Sociology and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Psychology, majoring in Health and Counselling Psychology. Caroline has extensive experience in injury management from her work experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant. Caroline’s experience in the management of workplace injuries, including providing services such as vocational testing, resume development, and job seeking assistance, ensures that she able to achieve timely and effective rehabilitation outcomes. Caroline has extensive knowledge of the local communities, medical support services and businesses in the mid-north of South Australia.
