Getting a job in today’s dynamic, competitive and global market requires a professional approach. You need to be better prepared and presented than the next person in order to make an impression. You need to have an understanding of the industry and employers you are targeting.

Our specialist Workplace Rehabilitation Consultants assist workers in gaining paid employment. We will clearly articulate the employment goal and incorporate this into a strategic RTW plan.

Our input will provide:

  • Support and planning to address and overcome barriers.
  • Coaching on high powered and highly effective job seeking skills, including providing techniques and targets for canvassing.
  • Preparation of a competitive resume and application letter.
  • Up to date and extensive industry and employer knowledge to allow better understanding of your target market.
  • Negotiation and establishment of a work experience or work trial placement so that you can increase your skills and confidence or “try out” for a position.
  • Negotiation of any employment subsidies a new employer may be eligible to receive.
  • A period of support and monitoring including worksite visits if required.
