Andrew Beckmann – CEO / Principal

Andrew is the founding partner of Beckmann and Associates. After completing his registered Nurse training at Royal Adelaide Hospital, Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Nursing, Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Practitioners Certificate in Mediation and Conciliation. Andrew became one of the first Occupational Stress Consultants registered with the WorkCover Corporation when he established Beckmann & Associates in 1994. Andrew's particular interests are in Organisational Behaviour and Strategy Development and the field of conflict resolution through the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Suzanne Bell – Manager of Business & Service Development

Suzanne holds a Masters in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor in Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. She has worked within the South Australian vocational rehabilitation industry since 2004, developing a particular expertise on long term claims strategies and the provision of effective vocational counselling, redeployment assistance and associated job search techniques.

Tamara Harley –  Quality and Audit Advisor

Tamara holds a Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling. Tamara has background working experience within retail management and customer service, with Trades such as landscapers, concreters, electricians, carpenters, plumbers and maintenance workers; Care Workers such as personal care assistants, nurses and child care workers; and other positions such as hospitality workers, truck drivers, commercial cleaners, and sales assistants from a variety of companies, giving her the necessary skills to assist workers and employers in most fields of employment. Tamara has acquired the knowledge and experience managing both Pre Injury and Transition workers, and their return to work process.

Gillian Moody – Team Manager, Regional Rehabilitation Services

Gillian Moody is the Regional Team Manager at Beckmann & Associates. Gill is a Registered Nurse and also holds a Bachelor of Nursing/Applied Science. Gill has worked in the rehabilitation and injury management arena for over 13 years and has a broad experience of all workplace environments and injury types. Gill is located at the Adelaide office and regularly attends our regional offices in Mt Gambier, Port Lincoln and Clare to ensure the effectiveness of our service delivery  model to ensure that we exceed the expectations all parties. Gill has ongoing interaction with our customers and stakeholders to ensure the our service delivery model continues to be responsive to their needs and requirements.

Arielle Restas – Team Manager, Adelaide Rehabilitation Services

 Arielle holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science majoring in Psychology. Arielle specialises in the co-ordination and facilitation of rehabilitation and return to work in areas across a broad spectrum of industry types. Arielle's extensive experience enables her to effectively assist and support workers and employers in achieving the identified suitable employment goal.

Arielle has particular expertise in managing rehabilitation in the AGED CARE, HOSPITALITY, PRODUCTION/ PROCESS and LABOR HIRE industries in addition to managing PSYCHOLOGICAL claims and WORKPLACE STRESS.

Nicole Glynn – Team Manager, Medical Expert

Nicole is a qualified Occupational Therapist and is the Medical Expert Team Manager at Beckmann & Associates. Nicole has worked in the rehabilitation and injury management arena since 2007 and is currently studying her Masters of Business (Personal Injury) through the Personal Injury Education Foundation at Deakin University. Shehas a broad experience of all workplace environments and injury types and is accredited with WorkCoverSA and COMCARE to provide a variety of services, including Job Analyses, Worksite Assessments, FunctionalCapacity Evaluations,Ergonomic Workstation Assessments, Activities of Daily Living Assessments, and the development of Graduated Return to Work Programs. Nicole is located at the Adelaide office, with her team covering all metropolitan and regional areas of South Australia.
