Jodie Blakeley

Jodie holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and has an employment background managing psychiatric illness and delivering psychosocial rehabilitation. Jodie specialises in the coordination and facilitation of return to pre-injury employment in the Aged Care, Hospitality and Disability sectors and has an extensive background and understanding of managing serious injuries, complex needs and psychological illness. Jodie’s experience working with a multidisciplinary team ensures effective communication with all stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships and engagement of all key stakeholders in the development and ongoing assessment of the return to work goal.  Jodie’s experience in the vocational rehabilitation industry allows for the assessment of barriers and risks impacting on the return to work goal in order to ensure delivery of appropriate rehabilitation strategies to a achieve a safe, timely and sustainable return to work outcome for all key parties.

Scott Margitich

Scott holds a Bachelor of Psychology and is currently studying Master of Psychology (Work & Organisational). Scott specialises in Early Intervention and has previously undertaken Vocational Assessment having delivered psychological services under supervision. He has experience in research and an extensive background in hospitality and customer service giving him the skills necessary to effectively assist workers and employers in the return to work process.

Chandra holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters in Mediation and Conflict Management. Chandra provides workplace consulting services to a variety of employers across various industries and specialises in providing rehabilitation assistance for workers with psychological injuries.

Atsuko Morimoto

Atsuko holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology. Atsuko has extensive experience in community services including crisis intervention, counselling, and referral to support services. Atsuko works within the pre-injury employer team providing rehabilitation and injury management services.

Atsuko has particular expertise manage rehabilitation in the RACING, HOSPITALITY, RETAIL, PRODUCTION/ PROCESS and AGED CARE industries, in addition to manging PSYCHOLOGICAL claims.

Rebecca Wynne

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Disability Studies and is currently completing Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Rebecca also has experience as a support worker in the community, assisting individuals with multiple sclerosis and intellectual disabilities.

Sid Tegally

Sid holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Management. Sid has experience dealing with long term claims and with workers with culturally diverse backgrounds assisting in both return to pre-injury employment and different employment. Sid has interest facilitating the return to work process for worker in the hospitality, transport and warehousing, retail, and manufacturing industry. Sid is a fluent speaker of French and Mauritian Creole.

Marion Battista

Marion holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science Degree majoring in Psychology and Health Science and has previous experience as a Case Worker in community services, developing action plans to address and overcome non vocational barriers to paid employment while providing support and assistance to clients. Marion also has experience and knowledge of the finance, hospitality and production industry. Marion has developed particular expertise managing job seeking/ transition and redeployment clients and maintains a strong portfolio comprising this service.

Christine Duncan

Chris holds a Bachelor of Nursing Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling.  Chris is COMCARE accredited, and is registered to manage claims for Self Insured and SA Registered businesses.

Chris’s position as a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant in Canberra has given her the opportunity to manage injured Australian Defence Force Personnel with Physical and Psychological Injuries.

Chris has particular expertise in the area of Mental Health, Palliative and Aged Care and with the MOTOR VEHICLE and HOSPITALITY industries

Inara Ulbekova

Inara holds a Bachelor of SocialWork (with Honours) and a double degree of Philology (Russian Linguistics) and Teaching.

Inara has gained experience in providing psychosocial assessments and councelling servicesfor the aged population and those in crisis situations while undertaking her work placements at Domiciliary Care SA and at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Inara’s expertise in the area of Psychosocial and Councelling have assisted her in working with immigrantwomen and peopleof diverse backgrounds.

Inara is a full member of The Australian Association of Social Workers and is fluent in Russian.
